Constant Voltage (CV) and Constant Current (CC) Controller
The LD8105 is built-in with a high-accuracy 1.2V voltage reference, two OP amps and a low side current sensing circuit.
It provides a highly integrated solution for CV (constant voltage) and constant current (CC) dual control.
The LD8105 is capable to operate under a temperature range from -40°C to +105°C.
The IC is available in SMD. LD8105 GL in SOT-26 package.
