USB Power Delivery (PD) Controller
The LD6612 is an USB power delivery (USB PD) type-C controller in the secondary side for highly efficient and slim
factor off-line AC-DC design.
An 8-bit MCU is embedded to handle PD protocol, policy engine and device policy manager with built-in bi-phase mark
coding (BMC) for USB PD communication or other proprietary protocols (e.g. QC2.0/QC3.0).
To minimize external components, it integrates shunt regulator, voltage and current monitor as well as control circuit of
blocking N-channel MOSFET.
Build-in regulators provides 4.8V for MCU and peripherals to operate at single power supply from 3.3V to 24V.
The IC is available in SMD. LD6612 ?? in SOP-10, LD6612?? in SOP-14 and LD6612 ?? in QFN-16 package.
