Primary Side Quasi-Resonant Controller with Constant Voltage / Constant Current Operation and integrated 650V N-Channel MOSFET
LD9164V is a primary side feedback controller with constant voltage (CV) / constant current (CC) operation and several integrated protection functions.
It minimizes the components count and makes the IC ideal for cost effective applications.
Furthermore it provides functions of low self-startup current, green-mode power saving operation, leading-edge blanking of the current sensing and
internal slope compensation.
Also, the LD9164V features OTP (over temperature protection) and OVP (over voltage protection) to prevent the circuit being damaged for abnormal conditions.
In most cases, the power supply with primary-side feedback controller would accompany with some serious load regulation effect.
To deal wih this problem, LD9194V consists of dedicated lead regulation compensation circuit to improve it.
The IC is available in SMD. LD9164V GS in SOP-8 package.
